How to Get Started with ScoopX

Manage your service easily within our client portal. See service dates, invoices, communicate with your tech and manage notifications.

Step 1: Register

Click on “Sign Up for Service” button and enter your zip code,— no pressure, no contracts, no spam. We use a program to schedule and route our services so this will make everything easy and transparent. We do not sell your info to 3rd parties.

Select your preferred service frequency and tell us how many dogs you have.

We’ll show you an instant quote based on your selections.

Step 2: Payment

We don’t charge you until your first service is complete. However, we do securely request your payment details during signup to confirm and reserve your spot. A small authorization may appear temporarily — this is just to verify your card and will be immediately refunded.

Prefer not to enter card info online? No problem!
You can still submit your contact information, and we’ll gladly meet you in person to provide an estimate and go over payment options.

During signup, you’ll see the estimated price per visit and your monthly total, since we bill for services monthly on the 1st of each month.

Step 3: We scoop,You Relax

Once you’ve completed registration, we’ll schedule your first visit and confirm the details with you directly. On the day of service, you’ll receive notification before we arrive and when the job is done by taking a photo of your gate and send it to you. If we notice anything unusual in your dog’s stool, we’ll discreetly let you know in your client portal.
