Until we have been introduced to your dogs, we ask that dogs not be present in the yard during service. Please keep them inside or in another area while we service your yard. We don’t want to cause stress to your companion nor risk an attack. We will notify you 15 minutes before arrival and we will notify you when we leave with a photo of your closed gate for confirmation of service being complete.
While we’re not veterinarians, we are fellow pet parents who truly care. If we notice anything unusual or abnormal in your pet’s stool, we’ll use common sense and keep you informed — including sending photos if needed. Changes in stool can be an important sign, and we believe it’s always better to be aware. So no need to worry — we’ve got your back when it comes to monitoring your pet’s poop!
